  • For details on everything we provide, check out our services page.

    • After you contact us, we will respond promptly to initiate your free consultation and understand the service you require. A 50% deposit is then required to commence work.

    • Once the deposit is received, we will start a detailed brand session, including a questionnaire to understand your vision and ideas.

    • The remaining balance is due once you are fully satisfied with the website. We will then transfer ownership and assist you in going live straight away.

  • Between 1-3 weeks on average. It could be shorter or longer depending on the project requirements.

    • Select the template that best suits your brand, style, and website needs. You will receive an email with a link to your new website within 24 hours.

    • Accept the invite and log in or create your Squarespace account. The template will be added as a new site in your account.

    • Customise your site by adding your images, logo, colours, fonts, and more. Once complete, launch your website.

  • Each template purchase includes a single license, intended for use on one project or website only.

    If another person or business wishes to use the same template, they must purchase their own license.

    PLUGINS

    Each plugin comes with a lifetime, unlimited license. You can use and install it on as many websites as you own.

    The license never expires and includes all future updates and upgrades, so there’s no need for renewals.

  • Yes! Each package includes a set number of revisions and email support. If additional assistance is needed, we also offer pay-per-service support.

  • All digital product sales are final. Please review demos, features, and requirements carefully before purchase.

    EU Customers

    By EU law, digital downloads require you to waive your 14-day withdrawal right before access is granted.
